Over the past 25+ years, we’ve put a significant amount of time and resources into our growth as a waste management business. As our client list, both commercial and domestic, has expanded, we’ve developed contracts aimed to meet whatever service they need.
We’ve also brought in additional vehicles and staff, and are happy with how far we’ve come, but what about the future?
We’re always happy to take on new customers, and are very confident in our ability to meet all expectations, whilst adhering to our business values, presented in our ESG Policy Paper. With that in mind, let’s have a closer look at how taking on new clients in Manchester and Cheshire can be effortlessly implemented into our existing commercial and domestic practises.
Because we operate in a 20-mile radius of our base in Cheadle, we can ensure our waste collection services have as little of an impact as possible on the environment. Our trucks are an essential part of what we do, so to offset the emissions they inevitably produce, we calculate our routes to reduce ‘ghost-miles’, meaning we cut down any wasted time driving and go directly from client to client as efficiently as possible.
When taking on new clients, we can simply incorporate their location into this process, still ensuring that any travel involved is the quickest route for whatever job they have requested.
Due to the wide offering of services we provide, we have an equally wide range of clients, both commercial and domestic. On top of this, we live in a very difficult time, following the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, and now a cost of living crisis.
Luckily, we offer flexible contracts to our clients, ideal for new customers looking for short-term or long-term waste management services.
Our relationships with our local Manchester and Cheshire clients are incredibly valuable to us, making our contracts a great way of maintaining that relationship, catering to what they do or don’t need, and when they want it.
While our continued expansion is great for business, and enables us to take on more clients in the long-run, we still pride ourselves on remaining a reliable, local service. Local businesses make up a big part of our cliental, and we’re confident that this will be the case for a long time.
That’s why when onboarding new clients, we’re always excited for the additional opportunity to provide our flexible and effective waste management services, especially for local commercial businesses.
